Yes, by all means start by looking at EVOO…But look at the University of California @ Davis study from last summer (2010). Not all EVOO’s pass the minimum requirement to be EVOO. In fact, 69% of the EVOO’s from California grocery store shelves did not pass. It seems that our “friends” from Europe are keeping the good stuff at home and send us the marginal and yes even adulterated olive oil. So “buyer beware” and only buy from trusted sources. I look for the California Olive Oil Counsel (COOC) seal that assures me that the oil is the real deal and tested by a third party.

I get white ball on the top of my head alot to jeust recenty. my mom and i have been mixing up the orders to put in first. Its really annoying; this bitch i know at school keeps on mentioning it in front of class mates so its pisses me off.
I use do it up..
Milkshake, African Gold, Abba, Curls Milkshake and rarely ever Feels like Silk.
To wash I Use the Bed Head shampoo and conditioner
but after i have a shower(with a shower cap:D) the severity lessens. but idont want to wait midway through the school week for it to lessen because on monday were back to sqaure one

I’ve read that olive oil is rich in Omega 6 fatty acids. Omega 6 fatty is not recommended for our body in large quantities. How much of olive oil can I take to be on the safe side?
