Eating Healthy: Olive Oil Salad Dressing
June 10, 2010
I eat a salad every day. I was using a fat free dressing, but decided I wanted to try something different. I started using (and loving!) olive oil. Olive oil makes a wonderful, healthy salad dressing. Give this oil a zesty kick by mixing it with your favorite seasonings. I share what I use. One tablespoon of oil contains 119 calories, 0 g protein, 0 g carbs, 14 g fat, 2 g saturated fat, and 0 g fiber. ( Nutritional info from Muscle & Fitness Magazine, May 2010 issue)
